Full Design Change Bulletins are produced using our in-house design team & certification is carried out by our delegated Part 146 Organisation before being processed into a Supplementary Type Certificate or approved modifcation to be approved by the applicable reglatry authoritiy.
Please be aware reasonable time allowance must be made when working with the applicable government departments & testing agencies for gaining certifcation approval. The customer will be required to cooperate with Geneation Global should access to IPC’s and applicable data as required from the customer.
Due to our understanding in this particular segment of the industry we can process projects quickly and cost effectively. Our experience with the requirements of TSO C127a dynamic seat requirements are essential when working with todays modern aircraft certification requiremnts.
Generation Global are able to develop and manager a full combination burn test programme to support the manufacture of dress covers including test plan generation, test cushion fabrication, conformity inspection, vertical flammability testing on dress cover material and combination flammability test. With flammability testing being so focal in aircraft interiors Generation Global have invested in their own burn test laboratory to provide the ongoing FAR§25.853(a) batch testing requirements. This service in-house means that lead-times are achievable and greater traceability of burn testing data is attained. FAR 25.853(c) combination burn testing requirements are carried out by a contracted third party laboratory.
Generation Global hold a CAANZ part 148 manufacture organisation certificate that allows us to provide solutions for both OEM aircraft manufactures and aftermarket products. Items in both these areas can be manufactured to ‘client supplied’ Technical Data or to ‘in-house’ design change bulletins approved by the applicable reglatry authoritiy.
Generation Global is not able to provide replacement base cushions to all TSO-C127a approved seats. Some seats may require a full sled test for certification. Please ask regarding your seat if you have any questions.
