This project included Generation Global supplying replacement seat covers and cushions for a Cessna 208 Caravan I. This aircraft has two crew seats and capacity for thirteen seats in the passenger cabin. This is made up of the three rows of pax seating and the bench seat on the rear wall. The pax seats have an offset aisle with single seats on one side and double seats on the other. These parts can be found on Generation Global’s online shop.

The crew seat covers are manufactured with Oxford Grey sheepskin on the faces and Portland Grey (JLS722) leather on the side borders, back panels, armrests, and headrests. The crew seats were fully refurbished from the frame up with new foam cushions that will ensure enduring comfort.

The passenger seat upholstery was manufactured from Portland Grey (JLS722)  aviation leather and the design included matching stitching and headrests. The three-seater bench seat is found at the rear of the aircraft and are attached to the rear floor and bulkhead of the cabin. The rear bulkhead panel was covered in a shell-coloured synthetic leather.

The floorcoverings were manufactured from a Charcoal (NAI-18038FR) vinyl flooring that was bound with a matching mesh binding and secured to the floor with velcro.
