THE PROJECT>

Our project is a Cessna C-206 Stationair that needed the entire interior renovated. The scope of the project included wall linings, headlining details, seating carpets, and more. The Stationair project was conducted at Generation Global’s Nelson facility, with the GG team carrying out the complete project. All parts used in this project are available on the Generation Global website.

The customer selected tan-coloured seats with white headlining and window surrounds, and clay brown carpet to complete the update.

Our customer selected a lovely Samt Beige Nappa Leather (ADI-4234) for seating and sidewall trim. The seats chosen feature SP1 perforated leather in the inserts. Also, the same colour of leather was used for the sidewall inserts. For this project, the customer chose to use stitching that matched the leather on all the seats and panels.

The carpet is a rich Clay Brown colour, with bindings that match. The lower sidewalls are where the leather and carpet are joined in the interior. Seats in the Stationair are standard Cessna, riding on slide rails with carpets on each side. The floor in front of the aft seats is inset, with the carpet shaped around the inset.

For the headlining, our customer selected vinyl in Porcelain. This is similar to the Porcelain-colour stretch vinyl used in our interior plastic trim. The headlining is suspended and is made with zippers to allow easy and quick access for maintenance.

We wrapped the glareshield and the yokes with black vinyl and new badges and included perforated black leather hand grips on the yokes for a classy final touch.
