Diamond DA-40 two-tone Seating

This project included supplying a new interior for a German flying club. The flying club is for employees of Airbus and owns a Diamond DA-40 aircraft. The club recently purchased new seat covers from the Generation Global website. As this model had a slightly different design than the previous interiors done, Generation Global worked with the club to develop the seat design and is now able to add it to the range of DA-40 interiors available.

The Diamond DA-40 seat interior consists of two sets of front seat covers and two sets of rear seat covers. The DA-40 seat covers were a two-tone design. Click here to design your own interior. The seat dress covers were manufactured using ancient grey (ADI – 1151) leather for the main color and sand (ADI – 4041) leather for the insert panels.

The seat cover center inserts featured horizontal double stitching lines. Generation Global offers a large range of quilting and perforation options for clients who really want their interiors to stand out. The double stitching on the outer seams was in a contrasting sand-colored thread. Again, the stitching colors can be customized for every interior to complement the design. The seat covers feature the Diamond logo which is embossed into the leather on the incorporated headrest.
