Charlie is a regular customer of Generation Global based in USA. He has been purchasing Robinson Helicopter seating from our online shop for a number of years now. Please see the recent review Charlie sent to us:

Guys,

Just wanted to give you some feedback on the complete R44 gray interior kit I purchased from you recently.

In the past, I’ve only have you replace the leather seat parts for the R44s we have overhauled.

This is the first time I’ve purchased the “whole” interior kit. I was apprehensive about buying it, since I’ve always used the factory headliners, carpeting, etc. and was very familiar with installing those items, since a fair amount of “fitting” is required to make the interior look really good.

I could not have been happier with your kit !!!!! Everything fit well with minor trimming.

The quality of the materials was excellent and the headliners and carpeting look great !!!!

I wasn’t sure what to do with the material you sent to cover the Air Conditioning Evaporator and Overhead A/C Console. I didn’t feel qualified to remove the old coverings and fit the new material you supplied to those two units.

I found a local upholstery shop that did a great job on fitting those two items.

All in all, I could not have been happier with my decision to give your interior kit a go.

In the future, I will be ordering the whole kit, you can count on that !!!

VIP AIRCRAFT >

VIP interiors have been a particularly fast area of growth over the last few years for Generation Global. Early VIP interior projects were accomplished in partnership with a large completions company that was involved in fitting out green aircraft, now, Generation Global has developed in-house expertise, and has a continuous order book of private jet interior projects.

VIP interior completion is another area of expertise, including all elements of the cabin interior, from the cockpit to the rear bulkhead. Services include galleys, toilets, hand-woven carpets, headlinings, certification, and more - a total package. And for each element we supply or design, we ensure every detail meets our exceptionally high-quality standards, in addition to the client’s detailed specifications. We work on private jet projects for clients all over the world. Clients can have their interiors refurbished at our MRO partners in New Zealand, Australia, or Malaysia, or they have the interior packed and sent to our New Zealand or Malaysian facilities.

SEATBELTS >

Under our New Zealand CAA Part 145 certificate, we have had the ability to repair and refurbish seat belts for our New Zealander clients since 2006. We’re able to ship repaired items to just about any location in the country. We also hold a significant stock of certified seat belt parts, some of which are available on our website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING >

Businesses around the world have been dealing with significant delays in shipping and rapid rises in prices. Generation Global has maintained its free shipping policy on the online shop for orders over $1000. Traditionally, our orders shipped in about one week - but now, shipping may take up to two weeks. The team at Generation Global provides tracking on all shipping of products. Clients do remain responsible for any import taxes due on the items they’ve requested (i.e., these fees are not included with our free shipping offer).

When we ship to our clients, we try to keep things as efficient as possible. For items such as sheepskin crew seats or foam parts, for instance, we’ll use vacuum-packed bags to both compress and secure each piece. This reduces the overall dimensions of the packaging and concentrates the weight. If you’re receiving vacuum-sealed parts from us, just remember to open the seals within three days of receiving them - this will ensure all foams and other similar materials expand back to their original shapes.
