Lead time & shipping

Upon placing an order with Generation Global, a lead time will be confirmed for all orders & agreed in conjunction with the customer. Initial orders may require time allowance for testing and certification requirements.


We use a preferred international carrier to deliver our orders & will always confirm shipping prices with our customers. 

Order tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping costs

All orders over $1,000.00 will be shipped free globally.

VERY IMPORTANT: When you receive the parts, please check to ensure it is not damaged in any way before signing the delivery receipt. It is important you do this while the carrier is still present if possible.

Returns policy

How to return an item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of proof of delivery of the goods to the delivery address.

  1. Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # & delivery address. Return shipping will be charged to the customer.
  2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return exceptions

  • Parts that have been custom designed and maufactured specifically for a client unless there is a variation from the signed proof/sample or a manufacture defect
  • Parts that have been checked by a customer for fit that later transpire to not fit
  • Items that have been used in service on an aircraft will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Taxes and duty

Prices exclude taxes and duties unless stated. Taxes & duties that are charged to Generation Global will be charged on to the customer.
