Upon placing an order with Generation Global, a lead time will be confirmed for all orders & agreed in conjunction with the customer. Initial orders may require time allowance for testing and certification requirements.
When you receive the parts, please check to ensure it is not damaged in any way before signing the delivery receipt. It is important you do this while the carrier is still present if possible.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
All orders purchased using the online shopping cart will be shipped free of charge if the order value is over $1,000.00 NZD or equivalent value in other currencies. This includes shipping to all countries globally. This excludes custom products, not on the website or quotes provided by the company outside of the website. These will be charged shipping as extra. The free shipping policy is designed solely to encourage clients to buy online products using the shopping cart.
How to return an item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of proof of delivery of the goods to the delivery address.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Prices exclude taxes and duties unless stated. Taxes & duties that are charged to Generation Global will be charged on to the customer.
