THE PROJECT >

This project included Generation Global supplying an interior kit for an Australian AS350 helicopter operator. Included in the kit are new crew and pax seat covers and cushions, cabin trim including headlining and bulkhead, door panels and inserts, and floor coverings. Click here to see these parts in Generation Global’s online shop.

The crew seats are the Sicma Aero ‘one-piece’ seat design and the rear pax seats are styled in the Generation III design. Both crew and pax seats are fashioned entirely in Black (ADI-1091) aviation leather with silver decorative stitching. The centre inserts are perforated (SP-05) and also have ‘Double Diamond’ (SA005) quilting. 

The rest of the interior trim is also matching the black seat upholstery. The headlining, door inserts, glare shield, and paneling are all wrapped in synthetic leather (ADI-1096) and decorated with silver stitching and embroidered placarding as required. The control boots and grab handles are in Black (ADI-1091) leather. The floor coverings were manufactured from a hard-wearing coin matt flooring in black (MW-200).

THE CLIENT >

The client is based in Seaford near Melbourne, Australia. They operate a facility offering helicopter maintenance and have many years of experience in the industry, providing maintenance to a wide range of helicopter types including large transport category helicopters.
