AS350 Seating

THE PROJECT >

This project saw our team provide seating for an Australian client’s AS350 helicopter. The client, who runs a maintenance facility based out of the Bankstown Airport (a suburban Sydney), had some customisation requests; we were able to fully incorporate these requests into the final seating design.

This helicopter had the older bucket-style crew seating. All crew covers and cushions we supplied were in Generation I styling. The rear highback pax seats, on the other hand, were Generation III style and featured custom shortened seat bottoms to fit the modified fold-up seat base.

The seat covers we furnished were of a two-toned grey styling. The two leather colours we used were ancient grey leather (ADI-1151), which served as the main backing colour, and titanium grey leather (ADI-1231), which served as the insert colour. The double stitching we used on the covers was made to match the Ancient Grey leather.
