Bell 206 Longranger

This project included Generation Global manufacturing new seat covers and cushions, door panels, carpets for a Bell 206L Long Ranger. The interior was ordered from Generation Global’s online shop which includes free shipping to the client in British Colombia, Canada. The Long Ranger interior includes two crew seats and forward and aft facing rear pax seats. All seating was the ‘Generation I’ style ‘frame-less’ seats. The seat upholstery was manufactured in Lead Grey (ADI-1111) aviation leather with Titanium (ADI-1231) inserts. Features include decorative stitching and the bell logo embossed in the upper backrest. 

The floor coverings were manufactured from a cut pile carpet in colour Zimmer (WN-120) and edges finished with a matching mesh binding. The floor coverings are fitted to the helicopter using the velcro attachments provided. The kit bought was specific to a Long Ranger that doesn’t have an interior plastic trim kit. The door inserts were manufactured from Lead Grey leather (ADI-1111) and Titanium Grey (ADI-1231) double stitching to match the rest of the upholstery.

The owner of this helicopter is a private owner based in Fort St John, British Columbia, Canada. The Bell 206 Jet Ranger club class pax seating layout makes it a popular helicopter for private owners.
