BK-117 aft Pax seating

THE PROJECT >

This project included Generation Global supplying replacement seat covers for aft Pax seating in a BK 117 helicopter. The new leather seat covers were supplied with NZCAA design certification and delivered with a Form 1 Release Certificate. See our BK 117 interior parts on our online shop.

The Pax seating was covered in the aviation leather (Pearl ADI-4071FR). The borders are adorned with decorative double stitching and all seams sewn in matching thread. The centre insert panels in the seat backrest and bottom were perforated with a SP1 perforation pattern providing both breathability and a subtle elegance to the design.

THE CLIENT >

The client for this project was a major general aviation MRO based in Auckland, New Zealand. The company is part of an international consortium and is engaged in buying, refurbishing, and selling aircraft. Generation Global has a had a long and mutual relationship with this company and continues to support their ongoing needs.
