The seat dress covers were manufactured using an E-leather product which is an engineered leather made from recycled leather and a stamped grain. The material choice was specified by the airline and integrated into the certification. The E-leather was laminated to a 6mm trim foam layer in the manufacture process which provides a crease free look to the installed covers.
