Bombardier Q300 Pax seat covers

THE PROJECT >

This project includes Generation Global supplying replacement seat covers and cushions for passenger and flight attendant seats on a Bombardier Q300 aircraft. The seat covers are manufactured using quality aviation leather and the Pax seat covers are made up of three parts- bottoms, backrests, and literature pockets. This seat covers are manufactured using Ancient Grey (ADI-1151) leather. The cover inserts were perforated in pattern HP1 perforation and divided up horizontally using double stitch lines. All outer seams were also double stitched in matching thread. The seat cover faces are backed with a 1” fibre fill padded layer to provide extra comfort. All seat cushions are manufactured with a fire blocking layer and certified to conform with the FAA flammability requirements. The bottom cushions are floatation devices, made from specialist flotation foam and are compliant with TSO 72.

This operator is a Canadian ACMI (aircraft, crew, maintenance& insurance) contract operator based in North Bay, Canada. The operator is a TCCA approved air operator and approved maintenance organization and operates a fleet of aircraft internationally. The company’s fleet includes CRJ 200, DHC-8-100, DHC-8-300 and DHC-8-400 aircraft.
