This project included Generation Global supplying a Cessna 172 Skyhawk interior kit to a private aircraft owner in Washington State, USA. Given that the C172 is one of the most-produced aircraft ever, this is one of our most popular products. The seat design was the early C172 Seat Upholstery and classic Cessna headrests. The seats include the two crew seats and the rear bench seat with separate seatbacks. The bench seat’s base upholstery was bolstered with a seam that splits the two seats at their highest point.

Seats were upholstered with a bold red leather that matched this plane’s exterior stripe. Seat inserts used white perforated leather, providing a handsome contrast. Finally, the seats were edged with black (ADI-1091) piping on the outer seams, which gives it a bold line that gives shape to the interior. The headrests also had Black piping on the outer seams.
