Cessna C210 Centurion

This project included Generation Global carrying out a full interior refurbishment of a Cessna T210N Turbo Centurion, excluding the seats which were in excellent condition. The parts refurbished included the lower sidewalls, upper trim, headlining and floor coverings. The interior refurbishment was carried out at Generation Global’s Nelson facility. With the seats not being refurbished, it was important to ensure that the new elements of the interior tied in with the seat colours. The upper trim was made up of plastic parts and these were wrapped in a synthetic leather to match the seat colour (Shell). Below this is a dark grey (Anthracite) strip with the armrests wrapped in aviation leather and with matching stitching. The same leather and stitching are used on the pull handles which are mounted above the armrest to assist in closing the door. The lower section is covered in a mid-grey (Athena) synthetic leather.

The headlining and sun visors were manufactured in a light-coloured fabric (F19) giving the cabin a light roomy feel. The control yokes were refurbished with new black perforated leather hand grips which were hand stitched on give the optimum look and feel. The glare shield was manufactured in a matt black (Liquorice) synthetic leather to ensure that the least light is reflected when in the air. 

The floor coverings were manufactured from a dark grey (Zimmer) nylon carpet which also extends partway up the lower side walls.
