We’ve worked on hundreds of Cessnas of all models and ages - but this project was a real treat for us. We got to help a long-term client of ours totally reoutfit the interior of their beautiful Cessna T206H Stationair seaplane. Read on for more details on this comprehensive, long-term project.

We provided handsome, bold seat upholstery to reflect the adventurous spirit of this aircraft. Dark red leather (ADI-3021) inserts matched the plane’s exterior paint job. Those unique, circular inserts were surrounded by cream white leather (ADI-1021), which was carefully stitched with the dark red thread.

Unsurprisingly, having waterproof, non-slip flooring is important in seaplanes. That’s just what we provided to our client. We furnished ribbed, durable Surf-Grip flooring in a light grey and then edged it with a matching mesh binding.

Textured armrest panels - made with “wolf” fabric - helped break up the otherwise bland doors. We made sure the light grey hue of each panel was well-matched to the flooring we provided.

The interior plastic trims above the armrest panels were provided in a simple white; draught excluders around the doors of the aircraft, made using matching White Vinyl, helped round out a cohesive color theme.
