Company Update October 2022

SUMMARY>

This past quarter has been a busy quarter and we have seen the Commercial Airline market remain steady, an increase in the number of VIP interior completions, and increased activity in both the helicopter and light aircraft interior market. 

RECENT PROJECT>

The recent completion of a Legacy 600 in Sydney under Generation Global’s EASA approvals was an example of a turnkey project. Current VIP completion centers for Generation Global include Sydney-Australia, Kuala Lumpur- Malaysia, and Nelson-New Zealand which covers a large section of the Asian-Pacific region.

EASA AUDIT>

In September EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) conducted an onsite audit of the Generation Global production facility. The audit has been conducted virtually for the last two years due to restricted travel and it was great to meet with the EASA staff in person this year. The EASA audit process is very thorough and as always is focused on the improvement of systems, quality, and processes.

ACPC>

In August, North American Sales Representative Anna Couch represented Generation Global at the Air Carriers Purchasing Conference (ACPC) in California. This event was an excellent opportunity to meet face-to-face with many of our North American clients and airlines.

EDDIE FIELD

It is with much sadness that we announce the recent passing of long-time employee Mr Eddie Field. Many customers will have had dealings with Eddie over the past 15 years and he will be a huge loss to the team at Generation Global. Harley McLean has been working with Eddie for the last two years and will be taking on eddies responsibilities for now. BILLY OOI

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Billy Ooi as the Generation Global sales representative for the Asia region. Billy brings with him a wealth of experience in both the aircraft interior and MRO sectors. CERTIFICATION >

We are constantly developing our list of certification approvals. As projects come up, certification is developed alongside the production process. Recent additions have been the Embraer 600 Interior and the Embraer Phenom 300 interior.
