Diamond DA40 interior upholstery kit

This Diamond DA40 aircraft received a new interior upholstery kit ordered online from Generation Global. The new upholstery kit new leather seat covers for the front seats and the rear pax seats, new trim panels, and new floor coverings.

The seat covers are supplied ready to fit the existing seat cushions in the aircraft. The dress covers supplied were a dark-on-light two-tone design. The covers were manufactured in sand leather (ADI-4041) with navy blue leather (ADI-2021) on the inserts. The navy blue leather on the inserts has been perforated with SP-05 perforation. The inserts are stitched with SA001 Diamond stitching in navy blue thread. The edges feature a line of piping in the sand leather around the outer seams.

The trim panel upholstery supplied is a set that includes the lower and upper sidewall linings of the cabin. The panels are made using matching sand leather (ADI-4041), as is seen on the seat covers. The panels are stitched with a line of decorative stitching around the outside edge of the panels.

A full set of floor coverings for the aircraft were supplied in ash liberty carpet. The carpet sections include the oval intake sections with a mesh end and velcro on the forward edge. The carpets also feature ABS plastic heel mats which are attached to the carpets.
