EC120 Two-tone seating

THE PROJECT>

This project included Generation Global supplying replacement seat covers, door inserts, armrests, headlining, and rear bulkhead for an EC120 helicopter. The EC120 has a rear bench seat with a set of 3 individual Pax seat cushions and the front has 2 Sicma bucket seats. The seat covers are in Black (ADI-1091) aviation leather with inserts in a contrasting Ancient Grey (ADI-1151). The inserts are perforated (SP1) and quilted in black stitching in a four-line pattern(SA019). The outer seams are stitched in red stitching and the airbus logo is embroidered in red on the two front crew seats.

The inserts were manufactured in matching black leather (ADI-1091) and share the same red (3011) stitching as found in the seats. The headlining and rear bulkhead likewise are wrapped and completed in the same leather colour combination.

THE CLIENT > 

The client, a company operating in Canada, provides a broad range of services relating to helicopters. The company trades helicopters, many of which, they have comprehensively rebuilt. The rebuild is often completed to the customer's specifications and the customer is able to either buy or lease the machine. The company is TCCA approved to provide maintenance.
