This project was for an Airbus EC130 owner in France. Generation Global manufactured and supplied new seat covers, seat cushions, carpets, over mats, ceiling inserts, and control boots. These parts are available on the Generation Global website.

The seating in the helicopter is the Sicma 159 series seats which include 3 seats in the front and 4 seats in the rear. The seats were refurbished with new seat TSO C127 seat cushions and new leather dress covers. Also supplied were pockets to be fitted to the back of the front seats.

The seat covers were styled in two-tone leather with the main color being charcoal grey (ADI-1121) and black leather (ADI-1091) in the inserts. The center inserts were broken up with curved honey grid quilting in a matching black thread, giving the seats a textured finish.

The floor coverings supplied include a carpet set and a set of carpet over mats. The parts are made from Genflor Zimmer carpet (WN-120) and were edged with black binding. The carpet set includes heel mats and is fixed to the airframe. A paper template was sent to the customer to check the fit to the helicopter floor. Any adjustments can be included in the final design as floor layouts can vary from helicopter to helicopter.

Also provided were sidewall and door inserts, rear armrests, and the oval insert panel in the ceiling. The trim parts were made from black leather with matching stitching. Both the cyclic and collective control boots are also manufactured using supple black leather.
