Embraer ERJ 145

THE PROJECT>

This project involved Generation Global supplying replacement cabin and cockpit seats covers for the Embraer ERJ 145. These parts were the Pax seating, flight attendant(FA) seats and crew seating. The parts are certified with a EASA Part 21J design approval and supplied with a EASA form 1. This was transferred to a FAA form 1. These parts can be purchased on-line on Generation Global’s website.

The PAX seat covers were manufactured with the Sateen leather (Delta Blue) and includes bottom, backrest and seat pocket. The covers are double stitched horizontally to form a headrest, the perforated center insert is surrounded with the double stitching. FA seat dress cover includes backs, bottom and headrests, these are completed to match the pax seats.

THE CLIENT >

This customer based in Florida from which they operate an airline that provides the vital connction between the islands of the Caribbean region. The airline operates flights from over 25 different locations in Caribbean. This airline operates a fleet of EMB 145, ATR 42, EMB 120 and a DHC-6 Twin Otter.
