Government MBB BO 105

SUMMARY >

This project included supplying new interiors for a fleet of Indonesian Government MBB BO 105 helicopters. The interiors included the supply of seat covers, interior bulkhead linings, floor coverings, and other detailing.

The seating in the helicopters was manufactured in rich royal blue (ADI-2031) colored leather and the leather in the inserts was perforated with SP-005 design perforation. The seat upholstery has the 4-line design quilting pattern (SA019) on the insert in charcoal grey stitching.

The crew seat structures are also wrapped with upholstery which is glued to the frame. The back of the crew seat frame is wrapped with a leather panel and includes a mesh pocket with an elasticated top. These covers are designed to match the seat design and are made to match the same leather and stitching styles.

The flooring in the helicopter is heavy-duty vinyl flooring which fits in the cabin and cargo areas. The flooring is penny mat flooring in graphite and with black mesh binding. Also supplied was an over mat made using a plush red carpet for a VIP occupants.

The bulkhead at the rear of the cabin is wrapped in royal blue leather (ADI-2031) with the client logo embroidered in full color in the center. Also supplied were replacement gust lock covers and pedal boots. These were made using black leather and the gust locks were supplied with the related placards.
