Hughes 300B seat upholstery and floor coverings

This Hughes 300B helicopter project involved the supply of new seat upholstery and floor coverings. The seats in the helicopter were the three-piece bench seat which includes a middle removable dickie seat. This client operates from the east coast of New Zealand and also offers helicopter maintenance services.

The seating supplied for the helicopter is a complete kit which includes complete with composite backing panels, new foam cushions, and leather dress covers. The seat back of the center dickie seat is supplied with only the cover and the foam to fit.

The seat dress covers are a simplistic design. The leather used for the covers was black leather (ADI-1091). The outer seams of the covers are stitched with double stitching in a matching black thread. The two outboard seats have the Hughes Helicopters logo embossed on the seat upper backrests.

The flooring supplied was the black vinyl flooring. The flooring is a heavy-duty penny matting which is bound with black mesh binding.
