Jetstream 4100 Interior

THE PROJECT >

This project includes designing and supplying replacement seat covers for a Jetstream 4100 aircraft. The aircraft has a 29-seat capacity meaning  2+1 seat configuration with an offset isle. Generation Global have been involved in J41 interiors for many years and hold multiple certification approvals for crew & cabin seat covers, carpets, curtains, dado linings and much more.

The new interior seating was completed with two-tone mid grey and light grey aviation leather, perforated inserts, and an embroidered electric blue feature line in the center of the backrest. The blue embroidered line is used to draw out the operators branding colours. 

THE CLIENT >

This aircraft was refurbished in New Zealand and was then ferried to its operator based in the African nation of Angola. The Jetstream 41 is a turboprop-powered regional airliner, designed by British Aerospace as a stretched version of the popular Jetstream 31 aircraft and intended to compete directly with 30-seat aircraft like the Embraer Brasilia and Saab 340.
