MD 500C full seat assembly

This project was for an MD 500C full seat assembly, which had been purchased on Generation Global’s website. Our website offers standard fwd and aft seating as well as an fwd seat assembly that excludes the center seat. Other parts available include the flooring, pockets, and panels.

This seat assembly consists of backing panels, foam cushions, and leather dress covers. Each seat backrest is made from a composite material and is moulded to fit the aircraft bulkhead shaping, while cushions are all made from durable yet comfortable Genlite foam.

The seat drew covers our client ordered were made with Charcoal Grey leather (ADI-1121) and sewn with Royal Blue stitching. The cover design sported center inserts with vertical stitching.
