Pilatus PC-12 Exceutive

THE PROJECT>

This project included converting a PC-12 medical interior back into a factory executive interior. This included replacement of the sidewall and ceiling panels, new furnishings, curtains, cockpit seats and executive seating.  Generation Global carried out the panel wrapping in situ at Pilatus Australia’s, Adelaide facility.

All seat covers, carpets and materials were factory supplied to ensure the finished product was an OEM completed executive interior. Generation Global’s specialist upholstery staff were used to fabricate and complete the components for installation. Generation Global’s extensive experience in custom interior completions provides invaluable knowledge with the upholstery work.

The wrapping of the ceiling and upper and lower sidewall panels is an extremely skilled task. Preparation is key to a perfect finish and understanding the stretch of materials and character of the adhesives are all part of the skill that can only be gained with experience.
