R44 Interior installed

This project involved Generation Global supplying and installing a full interior kit to a Robinson R44 helicopter. The install was carried out in conjunction with the helicopter’s routine maintenance. The Robinson R44 interior kit includes four seats, a full carpet set, four door inserts, rear bulkhead panel and headlining. These parts can all be found on the Generation Global’s online-shop.

The seats were the later model GEN II style seats with the pinch in the centre inserts. The upholstery was manufactured from Charcoal Grey (ADI-1121) aviation leather with the matching double stitching. The seat backs have the R44 Logo embossed into the leather which is additional and really sets the seats apart. The same leather was used on the door inserts.
