Robinson R44 interior

SUMMARY >

This new Robinson R44 interior was ordered on Generation Global's online shop. The order included new seat upholstery, a replacement headlining assembly, and a replacement bulkhead assembly. The client is a New Zealand based helicopter operator, located in the deep south.

The seats which the client ordered were the Generation I design. The seats were plain in their styling, using titanium grey leather (ADI-1231), and stitched with a matching colored thread. The center inserts of the covers have no detailing with the only detail on the cover being the horizontal seams which come standard with the Generation I design.

The headlining and bulkhead assemblies include four segments for the headlining which direct stick to the interior ceiling of the helicopter fuselage. The rear bulkhead is one-piece which covers the rear wall of the cabin area. In this case, no provision is needed to make accommodations for an air conditioning unit. The panels were wrapped in the geneva grey fabric (HL-108).
