Robinson R44 Interior Refurbishment

This project involved Generation Global supplying an interior kit for a Robinson R44 Helicopter to a client in USA. The kit included new seat covers and cushions, new crash rail covers, new carpets, aftermarket door inserts, collective and cyclic boots and a full headlining assembly. This seat covers were manufactured in the Generation II styling from quality aviation leather, Navy Blue (ADI-2031) for the main colour, Royal Blue (ADI-2031) for the inserts and Titanium Grey (ADI1231) for the headrest highlights. Decorative stitching was in contrasting Titanium Grey and the R44 Logo was embroidered in Navy Blue thread. Design your own interior using the configorator.

The client was a private helicopter owner based in Elyria, Ohio, USA. The Robinson R44 is the world’s best-selling civilian helicopter and it’s entry price makes it much more affordable for private owners. Creating your own custom interior is a relatively simple exercise, allowing owners to up-spec their interior for a very low cost.
