Seat refurbishments on a Bell 412 helicopter

This project saw our team refurbish crew seating for a Bell 412 helicopter. The client for this project had imported the aircraft from a foreign government department. The aircraft was then refurbished and on-sold again. Generation Global supplied new interior seat upholstery.

The seat dress covers were made from black leather (ADI-1091). Contrasting red stitching was used on the outside seams, quilting pattern, and embroidery. The quilting on the cover inserts was the curve design (SA011). The cover inserts on the seat backrests had lumber cushions that could be adjusted with two pull tabs on either side to get optimum comfort.

The Bell logo was embroidered onto the center of each seat upper backrest. The seat cushions, meanwhile, were refurbished with new foam cushioning, making them more comfortable and boosting the life of the seat.
