Bell 206 Jet Ranger given a grandiose workover

This project was for a New Zealand client’s Bell 206 Jet Ranger helicopter. The helicopter was given a grandiose workover with a new refurbished interior. Many of the parts included customization of the parts that are available on the Generation Global website.

The helicopter was fitted with two crew seats with mounted headrests and adjustable lumber. The three rear pax seats are the frame seats in the Generation II design dress covers. The seats are supplied complete with new covers and new cushions.

The covers were made using lead grey (ADI-1111) leather. The decorative seams and all stitching were sewn in black thread. The seat cover inserts include SP1 perforation in the leather in the center inserts.

This interior was marked by its distinguished deep buttoned design. The deep buttoning can be found in the door inserts and in the ceiling insert panels. The leather used for the deep buttoning is Black Microfibre Leather (ADI-1096) as it is more malleable than leather.

The flooring in the helicopter was heavy-duty vinyl flooring in Genflor graphite. The flooring is edged with a matching mesh binding. The plastic trim in the aircraft was all wrapped in matte black vinyl. The whole interior ties in well together with grey shades blending well and the deep buttoning giving the interior the added depth.
