Upon placing an order with Generation Global, a lead time will be confirmed for all orders & agreed in conjunction with the customer to ensure all deadlines are achievable & met. Initial orders may require time allowance for testing and certification requirements.
We use a preferred international carrier to deliver our orders & will always confirm shipping prices with our customers.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping costs is extra and will be confirmed on placement of order.
VERY IMPORTANT: When you receive the parts, please check to ensure it is not damaged in any way before signing the delivery receipt. It is important you do this while the carrier is still present if possible.
How to return an item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of proof of delivery of the goods to the delivery address.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Prices exclude taxes and duties unless stated. Taxes & duties that are charged to Generation Global will be charged on to the customer.
