I.   Quilting

We offer a large range of stitching patterns that you can use in your interior. The below images are all examples of our SA005 Double Diamond quilting. Using this in your interior adds a luxurious look to your aircraft. It's a great chance to create a real feature. We offer a range of 10 different quilting designs that you could apply to your interior and create that luxurious look that all your friends would be envious of. As seen in the top two images, we also offer perforation. Pairing perforation with quilting is always a winner! The two work together nicely to create interest in the seat design and are guaranteed to impress everyone.

II.   Hand Stitching

Hand stitching adds a bespoke feeling to your interior. It allows us to cover items in leather that would be very hard to achieve with a machine. Hand stitching gives your interior the bespoke feel we all desire and adds a handcrafted look to your interior.

III.   Leather Wrapped Control Grips

Covering your handle grips not only looks amazing but also feels amazing! It's all these little finishing touches that add elegance to your interior.

IV.   Placards

Often the existing placards in your jet may be faded, peeling off, or just generally looking old and letting the whole interior down. They may even no longer convey the message they were meant to. Therefore, we offer to replace these in a new modern font ensuring important messages are being conveyed and everyone is safe.

V.   Laminate

The ability to apply laminate to interior cabinetry, offers an unparalleled variety of finishes! This product looks completely natural and will add so much value to your interior! What we can laminate typically includes the galley, bulkheads, drink rails, and tray tables. We offer a large range of finishes, such as timber grains, stones, leathers and textiles, all which come in a vast range of colors and styles.

VI.   Badging & Personalisation

Generation Global can create custom or feature badging to create a wow statement in your interior. This canbe done in a range of materials, but our main one is metal. When using metals, we can engrave a logo or brand name of your choice, making your interior feel personalized. Once we have engraved the brand name or logo, we back fill it with color. Backfilling this creates texture and can be done in a range of colors.

VII.   Veneer Rejuvenation

Generation Global specialize in refurbishment and refinishing of the interior decorative timber finishes. This includes repairs to areas that are damaged or delaminating and then refinishing the surface. This can include tinting up the color of the timber if are looking for a darker look and can include the typical high gloss piano finish or the more modern matte finish.

VIII.   Electroplating

Often the finish of the metal latches and small parts on the aircraft are damaged, aged or just not your style or taste. As part of your refurbishment, Generation Global can refurbish your metal fittings to look like new again. This includes a wide range of plating finishes including 24 carat gold, silver, nickel, bronze, copper or black, all with polished or brushed finishes. Newly electroplated parts are a very important finishing touch that often has a big impact on the wow factor for the overall impression of the new interior.
